VIDEO CONFERENCING TOOLS

Walnut Valley teachers and staff have many options when utilizing video conferencing tools such as Google Meet, Zoom, and Cisco WebEx. Continue reading to learn more about each option.


Google Meet

The easiest of tools to use, Google Meet, is accessible right in our Google Suite. Go to meet.google.com to start or join a meeting. Google Meet video conferencing can be used up to a maximum of 250 users.

Zoom

Zoom provides remote conferencing services that combines video conferencing, online meetings, chat, and mobile collaboration. Click Here to access Zoom Video Tutorials.

Cisco Webex

Webex Meetings is a virtual conferencing software that allows users to collaborate in an online environment. Participants can join your meetings without having to down any software. They can simply join using their web browser. As a meeting organizer, you also have the option of using it within your web browser or you can download the full software for more capabilities.
